Yellow structures= City Warehouses. These warehouses may be rented in whole or in part (shared with other merchants or the city) at the fair price of 6 Crowns per month( 6 g.p.).

Blue structures = Shops. Because Uthren is a major port and trading center virtually every kind of product available ( as listed in the Players Handbook )can be purchased here. A few exceptions must be noted= First, a few vessels may be bought , used of course at 30% under cost. These vessels being 2 caravels, a coaster, and a single galleon. Because of the nearby iron mines, weapons made from steel may be had at 20% under cost. Also there will only rarely be exotic animals to be gotten here, 5% chance per month that any type of exotic animal listed in the Players Handbook is available, and 3% chance per month of any other exotic animals found in the Monstrous Manual would be present.

Light blue structures =(Northwest part of town)= City watch barracks. At any time there is a 15% chance for 2-20 (2d10) city watchmen to be in a given barracks.
